Add a Little Spooky to your Fire

•

There’s something about October that makes the ordinary feel a little more magical.

The evenings arrive earlier. The air turns crisp. The house feels warmer with every fire in the fireplace, and suddenly a simple night at home feels like something worth lingering over.

And then, of course, there are the bats.

Our bat-shaped fire starters were made for exactly that kind of evening.

They’re a little mysterious, a little whimsical, and definitely not the kind of fire starter you’d expect to find next to a stack of logs. Each one is handcrafted in small batches and shaped like a tiny bat, ready to bring a bit of Halloween magic to your next fire.

A Little Bit of Halloween Magic

We love Halloween, but we don’t think Halloween has to mean plastic decorations and things that get packed away on November 1st.

Sometimes it’s simply lighting a fire on a cool October evening.

Maybe you’re gathered around the fireplace with your family. Maybe friends are over for drinks and conversation. Maybe you’re outside around the fire pit, wrapped in a blanket while the leaves move around you.

Or maybe the house is finally quiet.

Those are the moments we love.

Our bat fire starters are designed to make even the beginning of the fire feel special. Place one beneath your kindling, light it, and let the flames do what they do best.

The bat disappears.

The fire begins.

And for a little while, the rest of the world can wait.

Made for Fire Lovers

A fire starter doesn't have to be boring.

That’s one of the ideas behind Finally Home.

We make fire starters that are functional, but also beautiful enough to leave sitting beside the fireplace. They're meant to feel like part of the experience—not just something you reach for because you need to get the fire going.

The bat shape makes these especially fun for Halloween gatherings, autumn nights, fireplace season, backyard fire pits, and anyone who appreciates a little whimsy in the things they bring into their home.

They also make an unexpectedly fun gift for the person who seems to have everything.

Because who doesn't need a tiny colony of bats waiting to start their next fire?

The Magic Begins Before the Fire Catches

There’s something satisfying about watching a fire come to life.

The first little flame.

The crackle of the wood.

The warmth slowly spreading through the room.

That feeling is what Finally Home is really about.

Not just fire starters.

Not just fireplaces.

Home.

That moment when you walk through the door, exhale, and know you're exactly where you want to be.

So this Halloween, invite a few bats in.

Light the fire.

Get comfortable.

And let the evening begin.

The magic begins before the fire catches.
